I believe the Striated Yuhina had been split into Striated Yuhina Yuhina castaniceps and Indochinese / Chestnut-collared Yuhina Yuhina torqueola, with Striated found in northeastern Indian subcontinent and western SE Asia, and Indochinese found in China, Vietnam, Laos and northeastern Thailand. So those found in HK will be Indochinese Yuhinas.
