Grey-backed and Japanese thrushes were everywhere today, scratching around in the leaf litter, or feeding in the trees.  This male grey-backed thrush was having a great feast on the small black berries of the "turn-in-the-wind" tree (Mallotus paniculatus, Euphorbiaceae)
