I saw a Black Kite (BK) seized the food from an Eastern Marsh Harrier (EMH) yesterday. The BK used a long time (~ an hour) to approach the EMH and got the food at last. I'd like to share my record. Please be patient to the poor quality of clips.
A time log is listed for reference,
13:04 EMH arrived Deep Bay and started to have lunch on the grassland. The BK observed this.
13:10 BK moved to the 1st hide and kept watching. EMH still enjoyed its meal and didn't alert the BK was approaching.
13:18 BK moved to the 2nd hide =>

13:52 BK came near to EMH, approx 3-4ft; the EMH still kept on eating.
14:02 BK came beside EMH and started to have a bite of food. EMH resisted to share and BK gave a sudden big stride and then seized the food at last =>
