謹此通告香港觀鳥會本年度的週年會員大會定於2011年10月12日(星期三)下午7時正，假座香港童軍中心1105室舉行，地址是九龍柯士甸道童軍徑。

誠邀各會員出席。

NINETH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Bird Watching Society will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 12th October 2011 at Room 1105, Scout Association of Hong Kong, Austin Road, Kowloon.

Members are invited to attend.

再一次提醒大家, 週年會員大會明晚7時假香港童軍中心1105室舉行。

另本會誠邀各會員大會後一同晚飯, 自費,地點待定, 請各位踴躍出席!!!

Another remind to all members: AGM will be held at 7pm tomorrow at Rm 1105 Scout Association of Hong Kong.

Also we have arranged an dinner gathering after AGM for all members. We go dutch and place to be confirmed.

Please do join us tomorrow evening!!!!!

第九屆會員周年大會重要決議:

1.        為感謝前主席張浩輝博士對本會作出的重大貢獻，與會會員一致通過邀請張浩輝成為本會的榮譽會員。
2.        為感謝前紀錄主任Mr. Richard Lewthwaite對本會作出的重大貢獻，與會會員一致通過邀請Mr. Richard Lewthwaite成為本會的榮譽會員。
3.        大會亦通過明年開始調整個人及機構會員的會費，新會費如下：

Major resolutions reached at the 9th AGM :

1.        In appreciation of the outstanding efforts and contributions Dr Cheung Ho Fai has made to the Society, it was resolved to appoint Dr Cheung Ho Fai to become our Honorary Member.
2.        In appreciation of the outstanding efforts and contributions Mr. Richard Lewthwaite has made to the Society, it was resolved to appoint Mr. Richard Lewthwaite to become our Honorary Member.
3.        It was resolved to adjust the subscription fee of Individual & Corporate Member for next year, details as follows:
