It maybe a flycatcher

This bird caught a beetle feed the prey to its mate landed back on the rock and prepared for the next catch.  Covered by dull color with bluish upperparts, a tail was missing.  This bird appeared with its mate at Taipokau on June 30th.

This is a Brown -breasted Flycatcher. Interesting to see it without its tail.
