As the photo is not clear enough, but when you tune up the light, it shows grey beast and have a white wing bar at the wing, so I think it is a Oriental Magpie Robin, probably female or juvenile,,,,,!!

I'd agree that this is White-shouldered (Chinese) Starling Sturnia sinensis. You can see the prominent white "shoulder" patch at the start of the video.
