Birdwatching in Tokyo and Miyakejima (三宅島) - Part III Migrants in Tokyo

Waders at Tokyo Port Wild Bird Park (東京港野鳥公園) which is next to Haneda Airport (the Domestic Airport for Tokyo). Besides waders, it is also a good place to see Little Tern.

An unexpected good place for ducks -  Kiyosumi Teien (清澄庭園) which is a traditional Japanese Garden with a central lake which claims to attract a thousand ducks during winter. We thought all the ducks would have left but they had not. It is only 4 stops away from from Tokyo station.
