I think this is a Dusky Warbler rather than Radde's - the legs are relatively slender and quite dark in colour, the bill is quite dark (mostly dark lower mandible), and is finer and longer than typical on Radde's.

Hi John... thank you... is not my ID..... was given by Lo Chun Fai "In fact quite a typical radde's. Thick bill strong leg, with an olive tone, all rule out dusky"

I think I am wrong. Leg color goes wrong, Radde's should also show rusty vent, which your bird doesn't.
Very glad to listen John's comment and learn a lesson.
I am just an inexperienced birder/ birdwatcher/ twitcher/ photographer with no long lens.
