Unsure White Wagtail

Photographed today at Tai O.  This wagtail seems to have a lot of grey in the body.  Which White Wagtail could it be? Neil.

Nikon D3 plus Nikon 300/f4 AFS lens

Tai O,
Lantau Island,

The black eye-stripe limits the options to ocularis and lugens.

Judging by the black feathering starting to appear in the mantle, and the fully white coverts, this appears to be lugens. A good record!

I think this subspecies still requires a description for acceptance by the records committee, so I suggest you fill in the necessary form.
