Cotton Pygmy-Goose 棉鳧 ?  Please help to identify this, thanks.
It was taken on 20 Aug 09 at Dongzhai National Nature Reserve, Henan Province, China.

I think the bird in your first photo is a Common Moorhen juv. Not sure about the second bird...
