Saw this at Mai Po on 22/12/2009
It was scary to see such big colourful bird hanging on the tree. Scared away when we approached it.

It is a Green-winged Macaw (Ara chloroptera). Please notice its relative big head, big beak. And more obvious is the red-colored scatterd feather on the bare face where those in Scarlet Macaw (Ara Macao) is totally bare.
