I think this is the same bird, maybe is an Olive-back Pipit.

These are Olive-backed Pipit. Compared to Buff-bellied, the supercilium is very well marked and there is a pale spot at the back of the ear coverts. Also the colour is generally buff/brownish, especially around the face (buff-bellied would appear more grey)

The spot at the back of the ear coverts is not as apparent as I usually seen so that it is overlooked.
