香港公園綠色大搜索　(2009年11月1日及8日)
「香港公園綠色大搜索」已經進入第五屆，活動由康樂及文化事務署與香港觀鳥會合辦，今年有破紀錄18間小學34隊約160位同學參加。活動包括半天的訓練及半天的比賽。同學一方面需要在香港公園進行觀鳥比賽，另一方面需要同時觀察及解答有關公園內動植物的有趣問題及不同要求，如找尋松鼠及蝴蝶等等。同學們亦會製作一頂雀鳥帽子，不但在比賽進行中戴上，增加氣氛，更會進行設計比賽，看那隊做得最唯妙唯肖。特別鳴謝紅耳鵯俱樂部50多位組員及林傲麟、溫翰芝的幫忙。

Hong Kong Park Green Orienteering　(1 and 8 Nov 2009)
The 5th Hong Kong Park Green Hunt, jointly organized by Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Hong Kong Bird Watching Society, have hit a record high. 160 participants forming 34 teams, came from 18 primary schools join the championship. The event consisted of a half day training and another half day competing. Participants needed to enter the bird watching competition inside the Hong Kong Park on one hand; to observe and answer the creative questions on animals and plants found within the park and fulfill different requirement on the other hand, such as finding squirrels and butterflies, etc. Participants would also make a bird-like hat to be worn during the competition. The one who got the best designed hat would win the designer’s award. Special thanks have been given to the 50+ members of Crested Bulbul Club, Mr. Alan Lam and Dr. Judy Wan.
