Err, this is a Great White Pelican! Note the all balck primaries and secondaries and the black patch on the primary coverts.

Do you mean it is not a Dalmatian Pelican and it should be a Great White Pelican?

Surely the underwing is predominantly pale.

I think White Pelican should have obvious pink bare face...?
