Are the first two yellow legged gull first winter and last two yellow legged gull adult?

The first bird is a 1y Slaty-backed Gull. Structure, pale head and chest contrasting with dark belly, darkness of upperparts.

The second is more tricky as the quality of the photo is not great and the angle of the bird not helpful. Suggest it is a hybrid at the vegae end of the spectrum.
