You suggested Kentish. It's wrong. A Kentish plover has gray legs and widely broken breast collar.
This is a first-winter little ringed plover. Buffy eyebrow, yellowish/dull orange legs and nearly
completed breast band all point towards a little ringed.
Follow up my comments with a good bird book, or look it up on the OBI website.
