鸕鷀繁殖羽？幼鳥？斑頭鸕鷀？ 勞煩各位指教。
Great Cormorant in breeding? Juvenile? Japanese Cormorant? Please help to id it.

nice shot..
it's breeding..most adults develop silver-white filoplumes on head and neck and white patches on flanks.  I think it's adult
