Sorry if I make a mistake about your name.
Real good birding begins with a pair of compatible binoculars. Few birds will allow you to come nearer
than three metres. Choose something among the following combinations: 7X40/42, 10X40/42 or 8/30 (the last least desirable).
Weight is also something to consider. You certainly will not carry something that brings you ache after
a day of birding.

I have got a 10*42 binoculars(Olympus). I would like to buy a light one, so that I could bring it around, maybe, daily. Moreover, sometimes I would has a day of birding with my friend.
While the close distance is not a significant factor, MINOX BV 10X25 BR W is still the lightest (259 g) among the choices. The HKBWS special price is a good bargain, isn't it? So, should I choose MINOX BV 10X25 BR W?
