Activity Information
Details of the Mirs Bay and Eastern Waters Outing to be held on 18 Jul 2010 as below:

Date: 18/7/2010 Sunday
Time: 08:00 - 16:00
Gathering Place: Sai Kung Pier [Please note that the gathering place is changed to Sai Kung Pier!!]
Fare: HK$160/Member; HK$200/Non-member
Target Species: Terns
Route: Start from Sai Kung Pier, One hour at Tap Mun for lunch, 16:00 Finish at Sai Kung Pier
Note: This will be a long trip on open waters. The ride could be quite rough and some people may get seasick. Those who want to leave at lunchtime may take the ferry (departing hourly) at Tap Mun for Wong Shek Pier. The fare is non-refundable irrespective of early departure from Tap Mun.

We will confirm the participants about 5 days before the outing whether their reservation application is accepted or not. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will not accept any withdrawal. All the registered participants are required to pay the prescribed fare, no matter they can attend the outing or not. If we cancel the outing due to inclement weather or special reason, the paid fare will be refunded to the participants.

時間：上午8:00至下午4:00
集合地點：西貢長堤碼頭（即西貢巴士總站旁之碼頭) [請注意，集合地點已改為西貢長堤碼頭!!]
費用：會員-HK$160;非會員-HK$200
目標鳥種：燕鷗
行程路線：西貢碼頭出發，塔門午膳一小時，16:00 回到西貢碼頭
注意：由於航程頗長，而且所經之處多是開闊海域，風浪較大，部份人士可能會感到不適。參加者可於午膳時在塔門提前離開，轉乘小輪(每小時一班)到黃石碼頭，但船費恕不退回。

本會將於活動舉行前約五天確實參加者的報名是否被接受，所有被確實的報名，本會將不會接受退出，無論參加者能否出席，都必須繳付所需的交通費用。如果是次活動是因為惡劣天氣或特殊情況而被本會取消，本會將會退回參加者所繳付的費用。

有關活動之惡劣天氣安排：
1. 活動前兩小時，如懸掛一號風球或紅色暴雨警告，或預料兩小時內將會由較高風球改為一號風球或黑色暴雨警告改為紅色暴雨警告，活動將會繼續。
2. 若活動開始前仍懸掛三號風球或以上或黑色暴雨警告，活動則延期至另行通知。

Adverse weather arrangement:
1. The activity will continue if typhoon signal no. 1 or red rainstorm warning is hoisted.
2. At 6am that morning, if the HK observatory predicts that typhoon signal will be lowered to signal no. 1 or rainstorm warning will be lowered to red rainstorm warning in two hours, the activity will continue.
3. The activity will be postponed if typhoon signal no. 3 or above OR Black rainstorm warning is hoisted at 7am that morning.
