It was flying over the Hong Kong Island

Thanks for sharing. It's juvenile just born this year.
Not much breeding record this year, and a juvenile flying across HK Island in late summer is an interesting record.

The White-bellied Sea Eagle (adult) was recorded in Hong Kong Park at 15:23 today, The eagle was seen when I was working. After , it flew to Wan Chai around 15:25.
