Difficult to say in this condition.
But the scaly pattern on the breast can be barely seen, which point the species to female Yellow-rumped Flycatcher, in consideration of the season.
Actually the unusual spot on the forehead looks identical to the Yellow-rumped showed on other thread in this forum.

Can it be an Asian brown flycatcher? As i can see it has yellow base on lower bill. Author: Beetle Time: 9/09/2010 00:18
I agree with bond - I would prefer Asian Brown Flycatcher. Author: walterma Time: 9/09/2010 13:58
Thanks Gary, Bond and Beetie. No matter Asian Brown Flycatcher or female yellow rumped flycatcher, it is still my first shot even the quality is poor. Author: wgeoff Time: 9/09/2010 16:21
If you lighten the picture using Photoshop, you can see it is an Asian Brown Flycatcher
