It looks like a Olive-backed Pipit but did not have the right olive colour, the bill is not pink in colour and the blackish marking in the white thoat is very prominent. Most importantly no while spot behind ear coverts.

It has a yellowish bill with darker tip, the grey browish colour and heavily streaked breast and flanks, pinkish legs.

But is this Buff-bellied Pipit? I am not sure

Have you considered Red-throated Pipit?

yes! I even had considered Rosy Pipit. But it lacks the white spot behind ear covert. I dropped this rare species.

I thought it was a Red-throated first. But after seeing photos in books, I found the streaks in the back, breast and flank of Red-throated is not that sharply defined. Also, the marking of Red-throated in both side of the throat should not that prominent. Besides, I had never encountered a Red-throated with no trace of red in throat or head from my very limited experience of bird watching! I dropped this and try to think it was an Olive-backed but obvious it is not.
