The black crest and the white band on hind neck make me think it is. However, the throat color and the bill make me confuse.
Can someone advise Please? Thanks.

Btw, is it a juvenile? The throat color that i saw on that day is nearly white.

It's a first-winter rather than a full juvenile (i.e. has moulted out of juvenile plumage). A juvenile should have pale fringes to the feathers on the upperparts (http://orientalbirdimages.org/se ... _Family_ID=&p=7), and there are some retained juvenile feathers in the wings and tail. You are right that the age probably accounts for the pale throat (and dull wings).
This is a very good record for November - please remember to submit the record.
