Could be wrong, and it's bit of an odd angle, but doesn't really look like B-t Gull to me.

Mike, thanks for your comments. Here is a not-so-clear photo from a different angle. I thought it was a 1st winter juvenile after checking the guide book. Probably I might be wrong & I would like to hear your view on the ID of this bird. Thanks again.
