Is it Radde's Warbler or Dusky warbler?

I think it's a Dusky Warbler.
The tinted yellow in rear part of the eyebrow is the first part I look at for separation from Radde's (which is tinted yellow in front part of eyebrow)

Agree it's Dusky. The bill is rather long for Radde's too.
