most of the birds were found at the end of fung yuen road (sssi area)

Re-found the Honey Buzzard this morning soaring high over Fung Yuen (thanks George for the post!), but soon he was spotted by the resident Kite and was bullied and driven off (like he would be of any threat at all)!

The tail pattern seems to suggest that this is an adult male, as juveniles have inconspicuous tail barring, and I would imagine that the switch is abrupt: so immatures should show tail feathers of different patterns. Does anyone know how many years it takes for Oriental Honey Buzzards to mature, and hence how to age this bird?
