南生圍南邊山背村有兩項填塘申請，其中一個申請的申請人提交了初步生態影響評估報告(評估報告需往規劃署規劃資料查詢處查閱)，公眾可分別於4月1日或之前/4月8日或之前向城規會提交意見。
There are two pond filling applications at Shan Pui Village at the south end of Nam Sang Wai. One applicant has supplied a preliminary ecological impact assessment. Public can make comments to the Town Planning Board on or before 1 April 2011 / 8 April 2011.
