1. No, self discipline and social pressure would be adequate.
2. Violator’s photos shall not be used by the Society or allowed to be shown in this forum
3. HKBWS membership shall be revoked for serious violators

1.　沒有，自律和群眾壓力已經足夠
2.　違者的照片將不會被本會使用，也不准在此討論區發表
3.　嚴重違反守則／指引者會被開除會籍

可以給意見嗎..

我自己認為開除會籍有點消極, 有些刻意對抗人士只會繼續走極端, 結果鳥兒受害..

執行委員會亦有類似考慮，
正式發表的守則中亦沒有加入這些做法：

提議鳥會可舉辦一些講座或印制小冊子，去解釋及宣傳為甚麼要在拍鳥時避免搔擾雀鳥。

太嚴厲的罰則只會有反效果。
