Does anyone know of a good reference work of bird songs & calls that would cover HK and is suitable either as a download for Mac or on CD ROM / DVD. I know there is an old one which I think the HKBWS produced but I have mislaid my copy, presumably when we moved house. I have Birds of Tropical Asia 3 but is Windows only (how archaic!!).

Apart from Birds of Tropical Asia 3, the other two CD's I use are

Calls of Eastern Vagrants by Hannu Jannes

283 Wild Birdsongs of Japan by Hideo Ueda

Between the three of these plus HK Bird Sounds, the other one you mention, you can find most of our birds.
