Are they juvenile Munia ?

If yes, which type of Munia ?

These are Scaly-breasted Munia - you can see the scales on the flanks of the lower bird.

But are they mature birds ? or Juvenile ?

Both still mostly in juvenile plumage.

Thanks, and I notice both of them did not care about the presence of other bigger birds of different species.
