From my experience of an internship at a local organization, I suspect this is a collar scoped owl.
But I am even not sure that whether it is an owl or not. Author: fkm Time: 18/01/2012 01:29

Thanks, Mike.
It is not here now.
From the Avifauna in Hong Kong, it says the collar scoped owl will "migrate locally".
By the way, I wonder if there is any records of owls in Victoria Park asa I will be there a few times?
