Hi Mon,

Great pics. but the Yellow-browed Tit黃眉林雀 looks more like a female/juvenile (scarlet-backed?) flowerpecker.

這是一隻據爭議性的小鳥，當時在開得燦爛的花樹下影紫色花蜜鳥，牠像遊俠般落在面前枯枝擺了幾個姿勢便飛走，鳥導看相片初說是Flowerpecker，後反覆細看及詢問當時的情況及對書本便辯證牠是黃眉林雀[Yellow-browed Tit]，對我而言覺得牠不是雌性朱背啄花鳥[在香港看的次數比教多]，但之前從未見過黃眉林雀。

ID of this bird was a bit controversial.  While we were photographing a purple flowerpercker under a tree full of bloomming flowers, this bird fell down like a warrior to a branch & stayed briefly before it flew away. Our bird guide initially identified it as a flowerpecker; however, he changed his mind to Yellow-browed Tit after he carefully studied the photo, got detials of its presence from us & compared with field guide.  To me, it didn't look like a female scarlet-backed flowerpecker based on the experience from HK although I never saw a Yellow-browed Tit before.

After viewing the photoes from the link,I agreed it is a plain flowerpecker.
