This warbler with no wing-bar and stay on the top of the tree
I have no idea about that.
Please Help ID pls

Just some additional observations:

Size: Larger than Yellow-browed
Behaviour: flapping wings when perched
Voice: not heard

Not the easiest of angles, but it looks like a Dusky Warbler to me.
