地點 : 米埔擔竿洲路

作業 : 單筒 20~60X 目鏡, Componon-S 放相鏡頭, NEX 5N

《燕詩示劉叟》唐白居易
梁上有雙燕，翩翩雄與雌。
銜泥兩椽間，一巢生四兒。
四兒日夜長，索食聲孜孜。
青虫不易捕，黃口無飽期。
嘴爪雖欲弊，心力不知疲。
須叟十來往，猶恐巢中飢。
辛勤三十日，母瘦雛漸肥。
喃喃教言語，一一刷毛衣。
一旦羽翼成，引上庭樹枝。
舉翅不回顧，隨風四散飛。
雌雄空中鳴，聲盡呼不歸。
郤入空巢裡，啁啾終夜悲。
燕燕爾勿悲，爾當反自思。
思爾為雛日，高飛背母時。
當時父母念，今日爾應知。

從以上三輪餵哺看來, 左一的小燕似乎食飽了, 不見牠索食.

左二那隻還未餵飽, 但在以上三輪餵哺沒有牠的份兒.

Bravo shots 9Wi. But what is "Componon-S 放相鏡頭" that you have used for the shooting?
Why the second left swallow was not fed by its parent? Interesting behaviour indeed, more than sole identification.

It is a complicated ecological question

It depends on several factors, e.g. Food delivery and the rank of the chick. Parents usually feed the first hatched chick
first and then the second, and then the third. The brightness of yellow gape is the key factor for parents to choose which one is fed in some bird species. Usually the brightest one get the priority.

The second left may be the no 3

Componon-S is an enlargement lens designed for enlarging photographs in short distance, said 1 meter or some more else, in reverse, it can be used for close-up / micro photographing with extension tube / bellows. I found that it is good for digiscoping, please refer to my previous post for details :

陳兄實在過譽了, 我開始鳥攝只不過在半年左右, 現在還在學習中, 對鳥兒的認識更是在幼稚園班.
