Details of the Nam Chung & Luk Keng Outing to be held on 3 Jun 2012 as below:-

Date: 3/6/2012 Sunday
Activity time: 8:00 - 12:00

Gathering time:  08:00
Gathering place: Exit C, Fanling Railway Station (near 56K Minibus Terminus)

Target Species: Forest and Water birds

Free of Charge for all members.
HK$30 for non-member.

Prepare for heat and strong sunlight.  Get plenty of sleep before the outing.  Inform the leader immediately if you are not feeling well.

夏日炎炎、陽光猛烈的日子作戶外觀鳥要好好準備自己，之前一晚必須要有充足的睡眠，活動中如有不適應即時通知領隊。

About 40 joined this outing.  It was an excellent day for a walk.  After some early rain, it was mostly cloudy and cool.  Many birds come out to dry out their feathers.  The highlight was two brief views of a Cinnamon Bittern in flight, and two Collared Crows mobbing two Bonelli's Eagles over A Chau.

透過輝哥的耳目, 收穫豐富, 盛夏前的總結。栗葦鳽一閃而過、大鷹鵑站台、白頸鴉大戰白腹隼鵰、斯文斑魚狗、又見到落湯雞的灰樹鵲、還有頗多黑卷尾...雨天真是鳥者的良友。

個人最後建議每次 outing 就算會員, 每人收約十元, 唔好免費
