Is the one with rufous greater coverts a Little Stint? It is shorter in length and moving more actively among other Red-Necked Stints.

the yellow legs should help you to identify it properly... Author: ajohn Time: 4/05/2012 09:15
I don't think this bird has yellow legs. There is mud stuck to the legs which looks pale and makes it difficult to be sure what colour the legs are.
Based on structure (slightly longer-legged and more 'hunch-backed' than red-necked) and plumage (chestnut in the scapulars, tertials and head, white throat, spotting on the upper breast, no brick-red tones as Red-necked), I agree with wing that this is a Little Stint. Thank Ronaldo and ajohn for the prompt response.
Special thanks to ajohn for the detailed explanation.
