Several of us went for a 1-day trip to Haifeng for birds. Other than Purple Swamphen, we saw eight species of Tern. Thanks to Mr. Zheng for taking us around.

Little Tern (Courtship dance)

Greater-crested Tern (breeding and non-breeding)

Black-naped Tern and juvenile

Greater Sandplover

Kentish Plover ("White-faced Plover")

Crab on the beach
