Is White Face Plover? Please help id.

I would say that the dark, greyish upperparts and relatively heavy bill make this a Kentish Plover.
The taxonomy and identification of Kentish and White-faced is still a bit confused, but there are still no confirmed records of White-faced Plover in Hong Kong.
