Although when you showed me the photo I initially thought it was a Chinese Goshawk, I would tend to think now after see the photos more closely that this is a Japanese Sparrowhawk due to the faint supercilium and the white blotches on the upperparts which fit juvenile Japanese Sparrowhawk quite well.

Looks like a Chinese Sparrowhawk to me. The orange cere and leg are good features. The dark bars on tail are thinner than that of Japanese.
