Do you have any photos that show the tail and undertail better? This is one of the Bradypterus Warblers. Please also let us know the date and location.

Russet Bush Warbler for me.  Note the slightly blackish tail relative to the upperparts.  On Brown it would be concolourous with the upperparts.
