Not sure. The mesial stripe is quite clear, and the width of dark and light band on the tail is about the same. I go for Besra.

Structure says Japanese to me.

Yes, agree structure is very good for Japanese. I think the width of the tail bands is only useful as an identification point on the uppertail and not the undertail.
