All of these are Red-throated Pipits.

Pechora Pipit is a pretty rare passage migrant and is very unlikely to be around in Jan/Feb.

Richard's Pipit is larger and is relatively thinly streaked on the breast.

Note the prominently streaked back on your birds - a good feature of R-t Pipit c.f Olive-backed & Buff-bellied, the other two medium-sized pipits present at Long Valley right now (although I know of only one B-b Pipit near the conservation ponds in the north of the valley).
