LV, 23Feb. Is it good enough to identify simply based on single photo? I even don't know which species to start with...

Yes, a Bluethroat. The big clue on this bird is that there is red in the outer tail feathers - a useful ID feature for Bluethroat (although beware, of course, that Daurian Redstart also has this feature!). The obvious supercilium is also a useful feature visible on this photo.
