For me, the leg color does not fit the Long-billed Dowitcher which has greenish leg color. Also, the bird in this photo had a relatively white belly while Long-billed Dowitcher would have more reddish color in the belly. Furthermore, the bill shape of this bird produced a ball-shaped tip. So, I think this is an Asian Dowitcher.
