Po Toi, 4May. I thought it was a Chinese Bulbul. But after looking into the picture closer, it seems not. Pls advise.

Why not? It is a Chinese Bulbul.

It's because for Chinese Bulbul, the head top should be in black instead of fully white as in the picture. It can possibly be caused by the angle though...
