The photo was taken on 12 Feb 13 , Shek Kong. Hope it won't be too late to post for study purpose

BTW, I am not good at identifying shorebird, should it be Green Sandpiper ?

You're right that this is a Green Sandpiper. The flags are fairly stained but these are Hong Kong flags. We can't be sure which individual this is , but I can say that this bird was flagged at Kam Tin (the only place we have flagged Green Sandpipers in HK). Thank you for posting the information.
