The harrier was very far away, so the photo quality is not very good.

I agree with KK - I think adult male is rare.
The only definite records I have are single adult males in 1989, 1993, 1999, 2005 and 2007 but if anyone has other records, please let me know (with photos if possible).
Although these photos are good, a close photo of an adult male in Hong Kong would be very welcome.
