A 是棕背伯勞? 身和尾羽的比例是~ 1:0.473 ; 尾羽無白邊。
  Is it a Long-tailed Shrike? As the ratio of the body to the tail is appro. 1:0.473; No white edge is observed on tail feathers.

B 是栗背伯勞? 身和尾羽的比例是~ 1:0.425 ; 尾羽有白邊。
  Is it a Burmese Shrike? As the ratio of the body to the tail is appro. 1:0.425; White edge is observed on tail feathers.

It is Long-tailed Shrike...

The rufous on the back of Burmese Shrike is quite intense, and Burmese Shrike looks relatively compact.

Bird B is moulting it's tail, and I think has lost the longest inner tail feathers. This makes the tail look shorter than normal, which is one reason for your confusion.
The small pale tip/fringe to the tail feathers is typical in Long-tailed Shrike but can wear off over time.
