I would think Great based on the skin pattern below the eye, it extends more than the images of Japanese on the OBC website.

Thank you Dylan. I think you are right. I was distracted by the extensive white colour on the face and along the front of neck. After comparing more photos from the web site you suggested, I concur with your view that it is Great Cormorant, and the white colour may suggest that it is immature?
