ID pls.
Saw this in LV at around 12 o'clock noon on 7/12. Is this a Siberian Blue Robin female ?

7/12 上午在塱原看見這鳥，是藍歌鴝(雌性)嗎？

I think it is a red-flanked Bluetail. (female)
